Hourly Rates and Development Procedures We work together in partnership with our customers, creating unique and cost-effective website design and multimedia solutions for each situation. HOURLY RATES We are priced competitively at $75 per hour. (Exceptions for a la carte services are listed at the end of this page.) INITIAL DISCUSSION When you first contact us (via email or phone) to discuss your web design or multimedia vision, we will guide you to clearly define our goals. We will consider the scope of services required, and will explore how 333 Tech and Talent can serve your needs. In most cases, this initial consultation is at no charge. DESIGN We will schedule a time for a detailed discussion, where together we will create a detailed plan by which we will execute your project. At this time, you will receive a written estimate, with specific web design or multimedia elements outlined. PAYMENT Before work commences, you will be asked to supply prepayment of 50% of the estimate or 20 hours ($800), whichever is smaller. We accept all major credit cards, as well as check and e-check. PROGRESS You will receive periodic updates via email or phone according to your preference. When the prepaid funds are exhausted by labor, we will contact you to make arrangements for the balance. COMPLETION At the time of project completion any remaining balance will be settled to our mutual satisfaction. You will at this time receive all passwords and access codes to administer your completed website or multimedia project. Your website is YOUR property. A La Carte Services
