Created secure VPN network between the "home office" and a supply location appx. 1000 miles distant using VPN hardware concentrators, connecting the two locations via cable modems with fixed IP addresses.

Rolled OS back to Windows XP service Pack 3.  Installed all updates/upgrades/codecs, AVG antivirus, ZoneAlarm firewall, Aero skin, Office 2007, DVD rip/burn software, Skype, Roxio Authoring Package, and much more.

Delivered to the customer fully loaded at a substantial savings. 

(Small Office)  "I do a lot of long distance and my phone bill is much too high."

Installed and configured Vonage VoIP at both offices, without disrupting existing computer network.

(Church Stage)  "Someone bought the band a drum microphone pack so that we can each drum separately, to improve our  recording quality.  Only one problem...we don't have enough channels in our mixing board or snake."

Drums microphones were originally configured for 4 channels: kick, snare and stereo overheads.  Purchased Tapco 120 to serve as a sub mixer at the drum kit.  Installed new microphone pack on drum kit, connected through sub mixer along with existing overhead mics and routed outputs through 2 channels formerly used for overheads.  (Left kick and snare alone.)
