By placing a media conversion request with 333 Tech and Talent, you agree to and are bound by our terms and conditions below. You also acknowledge that you have read and will abide by these terms. 333 Tech and Talent will not be held liable for any infringement caused by not adhering to the laws and polices set below.
Creating
a digital media backup copy from an original recording is legal. You are allowed by law to keep one and
only one digital media copy of any legally acquired media that you do not
own the copyright to. The backup copy of the media may only be kept for
personal, non-commercial use. You may not duplicate or distribute in any
way the recording you are requesting to convert unless you own copyright
privileges to the said material.
333 Tech and Talent makes no warranties or guarantees and will not be
held liable if the media becomes damaged during transit to our site, during the
process of digital capture or on return transit.
Copyright law protects all
published and unpublished material.
The
customer understands that recorded media does not have to bear the copyright
notice to be considered copyrighted. If the customer is pursued for or
found at fault for copyright infringement, the customer will not hold 333
Tech and Talent liable. The customer shall hold harmless, and
will not pursue any legal action against 333 Tech and Talent.
At our
sole discretion, 333 Tech and Talent reserves the right to refuse
service, including but not limited to media conversion and/or duplication that
appears to violate copyright law.
